Maxey Plumbing Covid 19 Work Procedures

This communication describes the minimum actions to protect the health of our personnel and the client’s. Maxey Plumbing also requests you follow the below hygiene practices whilst on site:

  • Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before commencing activities.
  • Reduce interaction with the site team.

Social distancing practices include:

  • Not shaking hands.
  • Keeping 2 metres from another person where possible.
  • Do not use another person’s pen.

  • If you are required to fill out a COVID-19 declaration, sanitise your hands before and after or use your provided copies.
  • Ask the site representative/person in charge (site management) to enter your details onto the site on the site register. If the site representative won’t allow this sanitise your hands before and after.
  • After asking permission, enter the site representative’s name in the appropriate space (if using a paper copy of the WPCG form). Sign off in the same manner. If the site representative won’t allow this sanitise your hands before and after.
  • Store team members must leave the office whilst you are working within the office area.
  • If a key is required to enter an area, ask the site operator to open for you to enter. If this is not possible obtain the correct key, open the area give the key back and then re-sanitise your hands. Disposable gloves can be used if preferred. If this is the case discuss their use with us before entering site.
  • Eat, take breaks in isolation.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after completing all activities and before leaving the site.
  • Please make yourselves aware of your respective company policies and procedures to protect you, your colleagues, the site teams and our customers from potential cross-contamination and follow those directions diligently
